This large commercial property in Victoria, London, has undergone a zero gas upgrade. We were appointed by Skanska to carry out the LV upgrade (removing chillers and boilers and replacing them with WSHP & ASHPs). We are also appointed by a BMS company to build and install the new BMS system. A complicated project, especially as the building was fully occupied and had to remain operational at all times.
